Deric is the CEO of OMD Hong Kong, part of Omnicom Media Group, one of the world’s largest media and communications networks. He oversees the business and growth strategy, products, talents, operations and the value proposition of OMD.

Under Deric’s leadership, OMD HK was voted as Hong Kong’s Most Valuable Company by Mediazone Publishing in 2017. The agency is also the GOLD winner of “Integrated Marketing Agency”, “Digital Agency”, “Programmatic Agency” and the bronze winner of “Media Agency” at the 2017 Agency of the year awards organised by MARKETING Magazine.

With the company since 2008, Deric was previously the Managing Partner, Strategy for OMD China and Omnicom Media Group Hong Kong.

Past personal award highlights include “Outstanding Marketing Professional” by Hong Kong Management Association/TVB Awards, Campaign Asia’s “Greater China Account Person of The Year” and one of the ‘40 under 40 Unsung Heroes’ who pushed the boundaries of advertising and media.
